I want to share my real experience building a website for my client, — a beautiful online Scoops Ice Cream Shop site that I made with love and hard work. I designed and developed this site from scratch using WordPress and Elementor, focusing on creating a tasty and attractive online shop layout just like an ice cream store should look.
The homepage welcomes visitors with yummy visuals and a clean shop section where different ice cream flavours and categories are shown. You can see products like Darkest Chocolate and other tasty scoops with prices and customer ratings beautifully presented. I made sure the design was user-friendly, mobile responsive, and easy to manage for my client in the future.
This website was not just about good looks — it was built to help my client sell products online and attract visitors. I used my knowledge of layouts and product placement to make the store simple yet effective. I also optimized the site structure so it loads fast and feels professional.
After launching the site, traffic started to grow and my client was happy. From this project, I charged ₹54,456, which I earned from the design and development service. This was one of my proudest moments as a web developer because I delivered exactly what the client wanted — a fully functional ice cream ecommerce design that showcases products attractively and helps to convert visitors into buyers.
Working on Scoops website taught me a lot about client communication and customising designs for specific business needs. It’s a project I truly enjoyed and learned from — and it also boosted my confidence to take on more exciting web design jobs!
